Position Details Position: Finance Specialist Type: Independent Contractor Compensation: $50/hour Location: Remote Duration: 1 week (with possibility for extension) Commitment: ~10 hours/week Role Responsibilities Design detailed prompts for generating complex financial Excel models. Review and refine AI-generated spreadsheets for structural integrity and formula accuracy. Ensure financial logic, dynamic formulas, and input‑calculation separation are correctly implemented. Create models across topics such as 3‑statement projections, DCFs, cap tables, and LBOs. Deliver fully functional, formula‑dense Excel files that meet rigorous quality standards. Utilize a state‑of‑the‑art AI Agent to create advanced Excel models. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in finance, investment banking, or private equity. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, financial modeling, and spreadsheet architecture. Familiarity with advanced financial modeling concepts (e.g., DCF, cash flow forecasting, capital structuring). Meticulous attention to detail and ability to verify mathematical and structural accuracy. Experience creating or auditing Excel models used in professional settings. Compensation & Legal $50 per completed and approved Excel model. Payments issued weekly for accepted deliverables. Independent contractor arrangement.
