Responsibilities Provide professional nursing care to patients. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by managing and responding to clients’ needs proactively. Carry out routine clinical duties to include, but not limited to, taking blood, performing ECG, treadmill testing, and vaccine injection. Provide clinical support to doctors as well as clinical procedures. Manage and respond to patients’ healthcare‑related requests. Assist with supervision and management of HCA and other supporting staff. Handle appointment booking and billing, as required. Perform other clinic duties as assigned by supervisor. Requirements Work 4 days a week, shift duty. Registered with the Nursing Council of Hong Kong and holder of a valid practising certificate. Minimum 1 year’s clinical experience. Able to perform venipuncture and ECG. Demonstrate ability to work independently and with strong problem‑solving skills. Excellent patient care; attention to details, patient‑oriented and with a positive attitude. Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and ability to be a good team player. Highly motivated, passionate, polite and responsible. Willingness to fill in at other clinics, when necessary, is preferred. Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese.
