About the Role The role involves engaging with clients to understand their needs and implementing the D365 BC/FO application to enhance their business processes. Responsibilities Client engagement: Conduct workshops, analyze business requirements, and translate them into functional and technical specifications. System implementation: Configure, customize, and test the D365 BC/FO application to meet client needs. Training and support: Train end-users and provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. Project collaboration: Work with project managers, developers, and other consultants to ensure successful project delivery. Pre-sales support: Assist with solution demos, effort estimations, and proposal preparation. Qualifications Experience: A minimum of 1-5 years of experience in implementing D365 BC/FO, preferably in a consulting environment. Fresh Graduates/No ERP experience but with Industry Domain Knowledge are welcome. Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Required Skills Technical skills: Functional knowledge of the D365 Business Central application or any other ERP solution, with accounting, logistic, supply chain, and production knowledge. No ERP experience is welcome for this position. Soft skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Certifications: Preferably Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate (MB-800) certification.
