It is a key smart city infrastructure to provide all Hong Kong residents with a single identity and authentication to conduct online government and commercial transactions in a simple, convenient and secure manner. Around 400 commonly used government, public and private online services are now accessible through the platform. Duties Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO; Provide operation support on iAM Smart kiosk services; Liaise and coordinate with different parties and contractors to facilitate the kiosk operation; Conduct site visits, on-site support and inspection of kiosks; Coordinate the leasing and property management matters of venues deployed with kiosks; Oversee the hardware installation, and conduct software installation of kiosks; Configure the router of kiosks in high availability mode; Coordinate incident management tasks on the operation of kiosk including technical troubleshooting with contractors; Assist in monitoring the contractors' performance, including the service deliverables; Prepare management update reports; Prepare statistics reports and documentation; Provide support to the upgrade projects of iAM Smart registration tablets; Configure and conduct on-site deployment of upgraded tablets in different Hongkong Post Offices; Attend iAM Smart related promotional activities, including exhibition counters to assist citizens with iAM Smart registration and handling related enquiries; Prepare test cases, and conduct unit tests, SIT and UAT for changes, and provide test results; and Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisors. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 3.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements Have solid experience in contractor management to deliver IT projects and provide system support services; Experience in handling leasing and property management matters; Have solid experience in managing operation of self-service kiosks; Have solid experience in the installation and maintenance of self-service kiosks; Have solid experience in providing on-site IT support services; Be familiar with Windows 10 OS and Android devices; Speak fluent Cantonese and good command of English and Chinese; and Good communication and interpersonal skills. Technical Skills: At least 2 years' experience in IT Planning (ITP); At least 2 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM); At least 1 year's experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10); At least 1 year's experience in Wireless and Mobile (WLM); At least 1 year's experience in IT Security (ITS); At least 1 year's experience in Router Configuration (ROU); 1 year's experience in Information System Study (ISS) is an advantage; 1 year's experience in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: Good coordination skills is a must; At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); At least 2 years' experience in vendor management (VMG); At least 1 year's experience in IT advisory and promotion, e.g. exhibition, publication (APR); At least 1 year's experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT); Good written English is a must; At least 1 year's experience in site preparation (SPE); Good Putonghua is a must; 1 year's experience in software testing (STM) is an advantage; 1 year's experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT) is an advantage; 1 year's experience in project management (PRM) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
