Act as a strategic HR partner, working closely with business leaders to develop and implement HR solutions that align with business goals. Take ownership beyond standard HR operations, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance workforce effectiveness and business performance. Provide HR advisory support in areas such as workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, and succession planning. Coach and guide managers on employee relations, performance management, and career development, equipping them to lead effectively. Navigate a matrix organization, collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence (CoE) to implement corporate HR strategies while ensuring local relevance. Think process and drive continuous improvement, streamlining HR workflows and enhancing efficiency while maintaining compliance. Lead and support the execution of annual HR programs and processes, including compensation management, KPI setting, recognition programs, and talent reviews. Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for decision‑making and business impact. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, particularly Hong Kong labor law, and provide guidance on policy interpretation. Drive employee engagement initiatives, develop retention strategies, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration. Stay agile and adaptable, responding quickly to evolving business needs and providing HR solutions that support organizational transformation. You bring Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational corporation with exposure to a complex, matrixed environment. Proven ability to work in a matrix organization, effectively managing relationships with HR CoEs and business leaders. Strong business acumen, with the ability to align HR strategies with business priorities. Experience in the IT or technology-related and sales operations industries is preferred. Agile, process-oriented thinker with the ability to drive improvements and deliver solutions efficiently. Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels. High ownership and initiative – willing to go beyond the job description and add value to the business proactively. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities effectively.
