Part-Time Software Engineer / Technical System Support Add expected salary to your profile for insights We are building and continuously improving an internal workflow and analytics system to support our media and content operations, including campaign management, content tracking, and performance reporting. The business workflow and operational logic are already defined internally and led by the founder.We are looking for a technically capable, hands-on engineer to work closely with the internal team to set up, maintain, and optimise the system over time . This is an internal support role , not an agency or outsourced position, and is suitable for someone looking for stable, long-term part-time work with flexibility. Key Responsibilities Implement and maintain internal workflow systems and dashboards Translate defined business workflows into technical setups and logic Support system enhancements, bug fixes, and performance optimisation Maintain data integrations (e.g. analytics tools, spreadsheets, CRM, APIs) Implement simple AI-assisted features or agents (using existing tools or APIs) to support internal workflows, reporting, or automation. Assist with reporting accuracy and data consistency Work closely with internal stakeholders to refine system usability Document system setup and changes for internal reference Value-add Implement simple AI-assisted features or agents (using existing tools or APIs) to support internal workflows, reporting, or automation. Requirements Experience as a Software Engineer / System Developer / Technical Support Engineer Comfortable working on internal systems or operational tools Familiar with backend development and databases (e.g. Node.js / Python / PostgreSQL / Supabase or similar) Experience using AI tools to support workflows or automation is a plus Independent, reliable, and detail-oriented Clear communication skills (English required; Cantonese/Mandarin a plus) Working Arrangement Part-time hours (flexible, to be discussed) Long-term collaboration preferred Suitable for freelancers, consultants, or professionals seeking part-time stability How to Apply A brief introduction Relevant experience or examples of systems you’ve worked on Expected hourly rate or monthly part-time rate #J-18808-Ljbffr
