Join to apply for the Store Planning Officer (Mannings) role at DFI Retail Group We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized "Store Planning Coordinator (TBC)" to support our team in optimizing store layouts and managing fixture projects. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in retail space planning and project management. You will play a key support role in ensuring our stores are laid out effectively and our projects run smoothly. Key Responsibilities 1. Space Planning & Project Support Help gather data and prepare documentation for projects and new store initiatives. Update space planning documents and track project progress under the guidance of senior team members. 2. Fixture & POSM Coordination Support the Marketing and Category teams with the rollout of new Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM). Help maintain records of fixture specifications and allocations. 3. Administrative Support Provide crucial support in the procurement process by collecting cost quotations from suppliers and tracking production lead times. Assist in preparing necessary documentation for Internal Orders (IO) and Purchase Orders (PO). Help monitor project budgets and update the budget tracker. Support the Goods Receipt process in the procurement system to ensure timely supplier payments. 4. Reporting & Documentation Maintain and update the project tracker for all store projects, including refurbishments and festive changes. Assist in managing the order forms and processing requests for individual stores. Ensure project files and documentation are kept organized and up-to-date. Qualifications & Experience Diploma or Associate's degree in Business, Design, or a related field. Bachelor's degree is a plus. 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, or junior support role. Experience in retail, construction, or project management is advantageous. Basic proficiency in reading layout drawings is a plus, but not required; training will be provided. Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
