About the Role As a Tea Master / Tea Mixologist, you will be focusing on delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring timely, courteous and professional service. Key Responsibilities Develop and enhance the overall “tea concept” of the Hotel inline with brand requirement. Create personalized tea experience by recommending pairings with reference to guests’ selected dishes and gathering feedback to exceed expectations. Prepare and brew a variety of teas using appropriate techniques, ensuring consistency in quality, flavor and presentation. Collaborate with Food & Beverage Team to design seasonal team menus and pairings. Promote tea culture and elevate the overall dining experience for guests. Organize monthly team masterclasses. Develop tea products and retail items for festive seasons. Maintain cleanliness and readiness of teasets according to Hotel standard. Support daily restaurant operations, including stocktaking and managing inventory regularly. Perform any other duties as assigned by Management. About You Proven experience in tea preparation and pairing in the Hotel or F&B Service Industry. Possession of a Tea Artist Certificate or other relevant qualifications would be an advantage. Strong passion for tea culture and creativity in beverage design. Customer-oriented and outgoing team player with excellent communication and guest engagement skills.
