What You’ll Do Develop distinctive visual concepts that push creative boundaries and strengthen brand identities. Partner closely with copy and strategy teams to translate ideas into cohesive campaigns. Oversee the art direction and visual execution across digital, social, and traditional media. Stay ahead of design trends, continuously evolving your craft with new techniques and technologies. Guide creative processes from concept to production, ensuring high-quality and impactful outcomes. Present creative ideas and design strategies with confidence and clarity to internal teams and clients. What We’re Looking For Strong background in art direction, visual design, or related creative disciplines—experience in an agency or fast-paced creative environment preferred. A portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking, craft excellence, and visual storytelling. Strong understanding of brand systems, campaign development, and integrated marketing. Ability to lead and inspire through collaboration while maintaining attention to detail and design integrity. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with emerging creative technologies.
