Kidswear Designer

Responsibilities Create and execute on the vision to ensuring that the product Is consistent with market trend, while maintain the brand identity and overall business strategy; Knowledge and understanding of the sportswear, kids wear& causal lifestyle product and client; Build strong relationships with the merchandising team to define seasonal framework and ensure that creative ideas and business goals are aligned; Possess strong knowledge of garment construction and conduct fit sessions to help solve all problems that may occur during proto sample stage; responsible for final approval of sample fit to ensure production – ready market samples. Requirements Higher Diploma or Degree in Fashion Design 2-3 years relevant working experience and portfolio of designing for apparel, preferably in sportswear (Golf) and kids wear; Excellent fashion styling and colorsense, printing and graphic design; Full knowledge of raw materials washes and finished specific to the product; Strong interpersonal skills and good communication / presentation skills; Willing to work for different kind of design; Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, spoken Japanese is an advantage; Travel to China, South East Asia and Japan is required; Immediately available is an advantage.
