If you excel in CAD drafting, have a passion for precision engineering, and want to contribute to a dynamic team, we welcome your application Job Responsibilities Core CAD Drafting : Utilize SolidWorks (or other professional CAD software) to create detailed 2D/3D layouts, production drawings, and technical specifications for plastic hangers. Accurately calculate product dimensions, surface area, and weight to provide critical data support for production, molding, and cost estimation. Fixture Design & Optimization : Design, develop, and refine production fixtures and tooling for plastic hanger manufacturing. Ensure fixtures meet production requirements, enhance assembly efficiency, and maintain product consistency. Project & Prototype Management : Lead the follow-up of plastic hanger‑related projects, oversee the entire sampling and prototype development process. Collaborate with production teams to resolve technical issues during prototyping and ensure alignment with project timelines. Supplier Collaboration : Identify, screen, and liaise with qualified suppliers (including mold factories, machinery suppliers, and parts vendors). Communicate technical requirements clearly, conduct supplier evaluations, and maintain effective partnerships to ensure timely supply of molds, equipment, and components. Technical Documentation : Maintain organized records of design drawings, fixture specifications, supplier communications, and project progress. Update technical documentation to reflect design revisions and production feedback. Job Requirements Educational Background : Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mold Design, Industrial Design, CAD Engineering or a related field. CAD Proficiency : Advanced skills in SolidWorks (essential) and other CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Pro/E). Demonstrated ability to produce accurate, production‑ready technical drawings and 3D models. Industry Experience : 1‑3 years of relevant experience in CAD design for plastic products, preferably in plastic hangers, consumer plastics, or injection molding. Experience in fixture design is a strong plus. Technical Knowledge : Familiar with plastic material properties, injection molding processes, and mechanical drawing standards (e.g., ISO, ASME). Ability to calculate product weight, material usage, and mold compatibility. Project & Communication Skills : Strong project management awareness, with the ability to track milestones and coordinate cross‑functional teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and Chinese, if applicable) for effective supplier and internal collaboration. Attributes : Meticulous attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
