Responsibilities:

  • As part of the Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) team, report to the head of Legal and Compliance Department and be responsible for AML/FATCA/CRS regulatory compliance issues.
  • Handle day-to-day FCC regulatory compliance matters, including providing compliance advice and support.
  • Review and develop FCC compliance-related policies and procedures, conduct compliance reviews and training.
  • Assist in handling other regulatory compliance matters.

Requirements:

  • University graduate with at least 7 years' working experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Sound knowledge in AML, FATCA, and CRS in insurance operations.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English is a must; having the ability to speak Mandarin is preferred.
  • Attentive to details, with high initiative and good interpersonal skills.
  • Candidate with lesser experience may be considered for the post of Assistance Manager.
