Responsibilities Report to Accountant for daily finance operation Handle daily accounting data entry, purchase order, invoicing and manager staff claim Assist in month-end / year-end closing of financial activities, prepare accounting schedules. Conduct bank reconciliation and intercompany accounts Liaise with various parties to facilitate all kinds of financial related duties. Handle other ad hoc tasks as required Qualifications Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines Minimum 2 years accounts work experience, knowledge to work in construction industry is an advantage Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, and detail-oriented Good team player, able to communicate to collaborate well with others Proficiency in MS Office (Access, Excel & Word) Practical experience with Quickbook is preferred Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese Immediate availability is highly preferable We offer attractive package with 14 annual leaves, 5-day work week and overtime allowance, interested candidates, please send us a full CV with availability, current and expected salary to for an interview.
