Programme Executive

InspiringHK Sports Foundation (IHKSports) is a tax‑exempt charity founded in 2012 under section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance. It aims to provide equal learning opportunities and promote gender equality, social inclusion, and healthy lifestyles for youth through sports, instilling perseverance and teamwork. Programme Executive/Programme Officer Programme Executives/Officers will be based in Hong Kong and work under the direction of the Assistant Programme Manager. Job Responsibilities and Duties Plan and fully execute the following programmes: Sports LinkVenture 2.0 for secondary school students – manage and deliver a programme that challenges youth through a series of mountain, city, and water sports. MOVE 70 sports training programmes for low‑income primary school students – manage and deliver a variety of sports classes, organise learning‑experience activities that enrich students’ learning beyond sports, and promote the joy of participation to the public through community events. Support and monitor programme expenditure to ensure objectives are met within scope and budget. Manage students and parents, including communications via WhatsApp groups, discipline, question answering, and coordination of sports and learning experiences. Work closely with the partnership management team and the marketing team to communicate programme output and outcomes to stakeholders. Create written content for email and social‑media communications. Lead part‑time staff/interns to support programme delivery. Support big‑data collection, programme‑report writing, and impact‑measurement analysis. Participate in designing new cross‑sector collaborative sports programmes that create impact aligned with the four missions. Perform any other duties or support other programmes as assigned. Qualifications A degree holder with at least 2 years’ experience in charity, community services, or sports management may be considered for the Officer role; candidates with less experience or fresh graduates may be considered for the Executive role. Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese. Strong passion for youth work, sports, volunteering, or partnership management. A team player capable of working with diverse personalities from different functional backgrounds. Strong ability to complete multiple assignments concurrently while balancing competing priorities and meeting deadlines. Organised and detail‑oriented with high integrity. Willing to occasionally travel to various districts in Hong Kong on weekday evenings and weekends, with transport subsidy and compensation leave. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AI/Photoshop skills are a plus. Knowledge of and passion for InspiringHK Sports Foundation and the charitable sector preferred.
