Responsibilities: Administer employee all‑rounded full spectrum of HR & administration works functions, such as payroll, staff record maintenance, benefits, bonus and leave management; including recruitment and employee relations. e.g. Year Annual Dinner, Internal Party Assist in end‑to‑end recruitment and selection process including job advertisement posting, CV screening, arranging interviews, contract preparation, staff enrolment and resign process Manage payroll process of salary calculations, and disbursements, to ensure timely and accurate payments under the labour laws and resolve payroll‑related discrepancies Administer medical scheme and MPF enrollments, monthly contributions, and trustee re‑opt. Establish contracts and employee codes of conduct to develop and implement HR initiatives ;Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and internal HR policies Prepare and submit payroll‑related reports, tax filings, MPF contributions, and other mandated documentation. E.g. Reimbursement of Maternity Leave Pay, work injury etc. Collaborate with account and admin for other relevant departments to ensure data integrity. Participate in HR audits , and process improvement initiatives, set up budget plan and operating the recruitment process. Strategies for Reorganizing and Improving Company Structure. Support cross‑functional HR projects as assigned, e.g. Funding, Charity. Update and organize new POS system assist frontline staff, using online Mix Mode Tax system and manage the attendance in Attendance system, import new HRIS system. Other daily operations, support frontline offering backup on OT report, commission and wages award reports. Perform ad hoc assignments / HR & administrative needs of the business. Requirements: At least 6 years of relevant experience. Experience in women’s or personal skincare market product is a plus. University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. Familiarity with Payroll, Benefit, MPF, insurance schemes, and Hong Kong tax regulations. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy; Proficient in systems analysis and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify and analyze complex issues. Proactive, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines. Energetic, team‑oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively under pressure. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Language fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a must. Priority to the person work in immediately.
