Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP focus) - client-side Currently we are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor for our client who has solid QS experience in MEP function to join their project management team in Hong Kong. Responsibilities Responsible for full QS services from pre-contract to post-contract administraction. Assist in estimations, specifications, tendering, valuation of interim payments and variations, quotations and final accounts, etc. Manage and coordinate with consultants on contracts administrations. Requirements Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building Stuies or relevant disciplines is preferred. 7+ years of experience in MEP QS , experience gained from client-side, consultancy or contractors are also welcome. Experience in MEP QS for A&A, fitting-out, renovation projects, data centre is highly preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work independently. Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English. Candidate with more experiecne will be considered as Assistant Manager.
