Senior Analyst, Pricing Intelligence

Classify and analyze past quotations by customer, technology, material, and competitor; assess cost competitiveness and pricing strategy effectiveness. Evaluate cost competitiveness and measure the effectiveness of existing pricing strategies through detailed analysis of historical data, enabling data‑driven adjustments to optimize profitability. Validate RFQ cost estimates by thoroughly assessing material costs, panel utilization rates and yield projections for super‑critical RFQs. Provide strategic and data driven recommendations on margins and pricing strategies based on in‑depth analysis of historical insights and market conditions. Conduct mass production cost reviews, identifying cost‑saving opportunities and optimize profitability. Continuously monitor production cost, analyze variances, and propose pricing adjustments to enhance competitiveness and profit margins. Collaborate with sales, procurement and manufacturing teams to align pricing strategies with market conditions and operational efficiencies. Develop insightful dashboards and reports to track cost performance, market trends and pricing effectiveness, supporting strategic decision‑making at all levels and undertake ad‑hoc assignments as required. Job Requirements Degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Finance, or related field. Minimum 5 years experiences on data analytics experience in PCB, EMS, or semiconductor manufacturing. Proficiency in English with Mandarin as plus and preferred for international collaboration. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools with proven ability to think strategically and capable to translate complex data into actionable pricing strategies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Self‑motivated, proactive and detail‑oriented with excellent problem solving skills.
