About the role We are seeking a diligent, detail‑oriented, experienced Senior Accountant to join our Finance team. This is a full‑time opportunity for those passionate about leading financial operations and fostering a collaborative team culture. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, the role is responsible for accurate and timely financial reporting, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and month‑end closing procedures. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in Excel, the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments, and a drive to improve processes across the organization. What you’ll be doing Oversee daily finance operations and prepare full sets of accounts, including month‑end closing, audit, tax filings and statutory reporting. Prepare management accounts and perform detailed performance, revenue and cost analysis against budget/forecast, reporting key variances for management review. Maintain proper accounting records, vouchers and financial files, ensuring completeness, accuracy and traceability. Supervise subordinates performing accounting tasks. Support the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts. Identify potential opportunities and risks through robust financial analysis and recommend appropriate actions. Ensure all financial reporting is accurate, timely and in compliance with company policies, applicable statutory and tax reporting requirements. Participate in ad‑hoc projects, system enhancements and process improvement initiatives; assist the team with data input and client billing. What we’re looking for Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field with a professional qualification. Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or related roles, preferably in a multinational environment. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office and accounting systems; Mediaocean experience is a plus. Ability to work under tight deadlines with high attention to detail. Candidates with less experience will be considered for an Accountant role.
