About The Job Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within the Food & Beverage Service Division, the Waiter/Waitress – Terrace Boulud is responsible for providing quality service in a friendly, natural, courteous manner and always be attentive. The role reports to the Restaurant Manager – Terrace Boulud. Responsibilities Prepare mise‑en‑place Deliver a delighted dining experience to our guests Create special moments and provide seamless service with guests Make recommendations on the choice of menu items with good product knowledge Meet and greet guests in a professional manner Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the restaurant Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the department head from time to time Qualifications Relevant working experience in a similar capacity in hotel Food & Beverage, preferably with pre‑opening experience in a luxury hotel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good command in spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese communication Passionate about customer service and the hospitality industry Our Commitment to You Learning & Development – Your success is our success.
