About the role We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Merchandisers Non‑Food to join our dynamic team in Kowloon Bay, Kwun Tong District. In these full‑time roles, you will be responsible for effectively planning, implementing, and optimizing our non‑food product range to drive sales and enhance the customer experience. What you’ll be doing Support Merchandising Manager in sourcing of products and suppliers for EDEKA & partners Support negotiation of price, lead time and other business aspects with suppliers Manage order process and follow‑up with suppliers and factories Co‑ordinate all offer samples, prepare all buying trip information & report Maintain and update order tracking system Coordinate and dispatch parcels to buyers and suppliers Organize and maintenance of sample storage and clearance Arrange the sealed samples for inspection & send back to suppliers on time Co‑ordinate administrative duties with other departments such as Import, QA, Design, Corporate Sustainability, etc. Protect and uphold quality and standards of EDEKA & partners in the whole value chain without compromise Ensure partnership relations with our major business partners and suppliers Support general clerical duties What we’re looking for Diploma or above in merchandising industry, relevant experience in Household, Seasonal or Garden, DIY & Stationary welcomed Experience of at least 2‑4 years in a buying office or trading company Conversant with MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and Internet Proficiency in spoken & written English, Cantonese & Mandarin is a must Self‑motivated, ability to work in a team and attention to details Hardworking, good time management and organisational skills Ability to handle pressure and willing for routine work Experience in the relevant product category would be an advantage Familiar with EU market trends and standards would be an advantage IMMEDIATE availability is preferrable.
