AVP, Business Management and Middle Office, Fixed Income Add expected salary to your profile for insights Key Accountabilities Complete timely review of Know Your Customer (KYC), anti-money laundering risk assessment, and ongoing continuous customer due diligence (CCDD) as required; Assist in executing the duties of the first line of defense risk monitoring for front office, including the monitoring of the liquidity, market and credit risks of the trading desks; analyze major profit and loss events and changes in risk indicators, and ensure that the limit and various indicators are within the risk limit; Provide support in handling daily trade lifecycle management, including account opening for customers, trades booking, monitoring real-time settlement status, and perform transaction reporting etc; Provide general administrative support to the department; Participate in the implementation of various projects related to front office products, conduct system testing, and support the implementation of new products; Assist in setting up and the annual review of Fixed Income Department related policies, guidelines, procedures and manuals; Such other duties as shall from time to time be directed by your superiors. Skills & Experience Degree holder in finance or business related discipline including finance / economics / risk management / business information system or equivalent; Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial institutions; candidates with over 2 years of full time working experience in Hong Kong or overseas is considered as an advantage; Strong knowledge on financial products and relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards; In-depth understanding and experience in account opening, anti-money laundering , CCDD and KYC review; Strong organizational and communication skills; excellent figures sense and strong analytical skills; A team player, self-starter, mature, detailed oriented and able to work under pressure; Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel; Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua and written English and Chinese.
