Assist in managing a small team in performing the full spectrum of Human Resources functions in the F&B industry Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management and offboarding Collaborate with business unit heads to identify and address manpower planning, handle employee relations issues by acting as a trusted business partner for employees and the Company regarding HR matters, conflict resolution and career development Ensured compliance with local employment laws and regulations, including MPF and labor ordinance requirements Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and programs to support the Company's overall objectives Prepare and maintain HR analytics and reports to support decision-making and strategic planning Handle ad hoc projects as required Requirements Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines Minimum 7 years' relevant experience gained in sizable companies, preferably within the F&B or hospitality industry Well-versed in the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other employment related legislations Meticulous, proactive, detail-minded, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and with a strong sense of responsibility Strong interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese Candidates with less experience will consider as Senior Human Resources Officer We offer attractive remuneration to successful candidates.
