Luxury 5-Star Hotel in Hong Kong | Kowloon Shangri-La About the Role As a Waiter / Waitress (侍應生) , you will be focusing on delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring timely, courteous and professional service. Key Responsibilities Ensure smooth operation of the assigned work section and uphold restaurant standards. Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the section before and after service according to Hotel standard. Assist with order taking, providing recommendations and information on the latest promotions, as well as delivering food and beverages. Gather guest feedback for continuous improvement of service. Perform any other duties as assigned by Management. About You At least 1 year of relevant experience in the Hotel or F&B Service Industry. Customer-oriented team player.
