Job Overview We are seeking a Junior Fund Sales Associate to join our growing sales team in Hong Kong. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with foundational fund sales or financial services experience, who are eager to build a career in fund distribution. You will support the sales team in client acquisition, relationship maintenance, and product promotion, while adhering to Hong Kong’s regulatory requirements (e.g., SFC guidelines). Key Responsibilities Assist the sales team in identifying and engaging potential clients in Hong Kong. Support client onboarding processes, including preparing sales materials, conducting preliminary client needs assessments, and coordinating with the operations team to ensure smooth account setup. Maintain regular communication with existing clients to provide product updates, market insights, and after-sales support, fostering long-term client loyalty. Assist in organizing sales events, roadshows, and client seminars (both online and offline) to enhance brand awareness and generate sales leads. Track sales activities and client interactions using CRM systems, preparing weekly/monthly sales reports for the management team. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, research, compliance) to obtain accurate product information, market research, and regulatory guidance. Support the sales team in achieving collective sales targets, sharing best practices and contributing to a positive team culture. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome; candidates with 1–2 years of fund sales/financial services experience will be prioritized. Basic understanding of Hong Kong’s fund industry, including common product types (quantitative funds and hedge funds) and regulatory frameworks (SFC, HKMA). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate across teams. Proactive, self‑motivated, and target‑driven, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Regulatory Compliance Possession of SFC Type 1 license (Securities Trading) is preferred; candidates without a license must be willing to obtain it within 3 months of employment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
