Assistant Manager, Product Management

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to be part of our dynamic team. This role will develop ideas, implement and monitor all activities in relation to the responsible product group(s). For the sustainable and profitable business growth, and to ensure the targets of market share and other relative business results are met. About the role Lead New Product Launch concept for assigned categories, develop and deliver the go-to-market plan for respective products and cross categories. Actively communicate Hong Kong’s roadmap needs at strategic meetings with global management teams. Plan marketing budget, maximize value through prioritizing resources and monitor spending within assigned categories. Lead and monitor the daily operation within the area of product management and product marketing. Lead cross departmental communication and workflow in relation to product management. Collaborate with trainers to plan and organize product training and demonstration to both internal and external parties. Execute processes to the full compliance of all applicable local laws and regulations and ensure all required license and approval are duly obtained. Prepare and check all external communication materials for its accuracy, appropriate content, style and presentation. Collect and prepare market information analysis, overall and by individual business channel and including competitor information. Prepare management and corporate reports, presentations and other analysis as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's degree holder with minimum 3 years of experience in product marketing or product management Strong project management skills for operations excellence Proven skills on strategic or numerical analysis; Advance user of MS Office; Knowledge of SAP, PowerBI an advantage Be an extrovert and cheerful, detail-minded, interest in household appliances Good communication and interpersonal skills, good team player Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
