Senior Analyst, Sales Administration, Wealth Management

Responsibilities Assist all daily administration and operation issues in the sales platform particular in Securities, Insurance and OTC Products Handle inquiries from Sales Executive and external customers Provide professional service / admin assistance to clients / potential clients and execute orders for clients, if necessary Assist and work closely with Operations Department on handling daily settlement, clients’ documents and business process in sales platform Communicate with sales Executive on following up margin calls in the sales platform Assist Sales management to monitor marketing programmes or sales performance and generate analytical reports for monitoring Perform regular compliance checking in sales platform Assist Sales management in coordinating sales, operation, trading systems and compliance trainings to ensure our compliance standards are met Qualifications Diploma or above, University preferred Preferred Licensed in IA, SFC Type 1, Type 2 & Type 3 Minimum 1-2 years’ relevant experience, preferably gained from sizable company and other financial institutions. Potential candidates with less experience will be considered as "Analyst" Financial knowledge preferable Good command in both spoken and written Chinese (Putonghua preferred) and English Good PC knowledge (Outlook, Word & Excel).
