Partnership and Communication Manager

GDCD Association Limited (青途) – Partnership and Communication Manager (協作及傳訊經理) GDCD Association Limited (青途), a non‑profit organisation, is seeking a capable individual to serve as our Partnership and Communication Manager, reporting to the Management and the Executive Director. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of programme activities and events of different scales, including scheduling, logistics, budgeting, and resource allocation, ensuring high‑quality delivery, strict adherence to regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and organisational policies. Establish and nurture relationships with key event stakeholders such as sponsors, vendors, venues, and partners to maximise event success and sustainability. Identify and cultivate new event opportunities, fostering collaborations with external entities to expand event reach, impact, and revenue streams. Deliver regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations for optimising sports event management outcomes. Maintain records in finance and accounting, including reimbursing expenses from the funding organisation in a timely manner. Perform any other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field. Minimum of 5‑7 years of expertise in sports, event and business management, demonstrating a track record of notable achievements. Extensive network within the sports industry, showcasing proficiency in fostering and sustaining relationships with key stakeholders. Outstanding communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities, capable of motivating and guiding staff and volunteers effectively. Strong analytical and problem‑solving proficiencies, making informed decisions based on data and evidence. Positive and outgoing approach, with excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with stakeholders. Strong teamwork skills, collaborating effectively with diverse groups and cultures to achieve common goals. Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset, identifying new opportunities and taking calculated risks to achieve organisational objectives. Passionate about sports and, preferably, knowledgeable about the charitable sector.
