They are looking for a VIP Support Engineer to join their service delivery team. The role initially offers a 12‑month contract with the possibility of renewal. Responsibilities of the Role Provide technical support to VIP users. Perform on‑site technical support for software and hardware and troubleshoot end‑user workstations. Support mobile devices, AirWatch installation and enrolment. Diagnose and resolve end‑user IT issues, including operating‑system errors (Windows, macOS), application malfunctions, and connectivity problems, using ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk). Develop and deliver basic training sessions or one‑on‑one support to enhance end‑users' digital literacy and proficiency with organisational tools and applications. Requirements of the Role Degree in IT, Sciences or a related field. Minimum 3 years of VIP support experience. Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and English/Chinese word processing. Experience with MS Windows 10 and PC hardware/software. Knowledgeable in cloud applications and SCCM.
