Associate Lead, Information Security Assurance

Associate Lead, Information Security Assurance Join to apply for the Associate Lead, Information Security Assurance role at AXA Hong Kong and Macau Responsibilities Conduct security risk assessment and prepare report on information security, AI Security, third-party security, outsourcing services. Deliver initiatives to ensure compliance with the Group’s security framework, ISO27001 standards, and regulatory security requirements (e.g., GL20). Monitor and regularly report KPIs & KRIs to stakeholders and track the action for KRIs & KPIs falling beyond predefined thresholds. Prepare response to the security findings from Internal Audit / Group Audit / External Audit and support regulatory compliance reporting (e.g., IA / AMCM) related activities. Maintain proper inventory of security documents, including local security policies, security process documents and evidence of security controls. Track security findings remediation and prepare management report to stakeholders. Qualifications Degree in computer science, information management system, information security, or closely related field. Minimum 4 years of solid experience in technology risk management, security assessment. Experience in leading assessment & audit project would be an advantage. “Can do” attitude, detail-oriented and vigilant in security. Strong problem solving skills and ability to apply analytical rigour in complex business scenarios. Team player with excellent communication skills. Understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols. Security certification on information security (CISM, CISA, etc.) would be an advantage. Experience in DevSecOps and Cloud Security, application vulnerability assessment and manage external penetration testing services would be a bonus. Fluent in English and Cantonese (verbal and written).
