Project Manger

We are currently looking for a Hong Kong based highly experienced Project Manger - Architecture (A&A) Responsibilities Plan and deliver construction projects from concept to completion Manage and coordinate design development, reviews and approvals during planning and construction phases Handle contract administration including evaluation of progress claims, variation, extensions of time and completing documentation Monitor and manage completion activities including commissioning, handover, take-over and defect Monitor and report on actual performance compared with the programme Run and manage the full project development cycle from master planning, design and construction Lead and supervise property management team, maintenance contractors and technical staff on a daily basis Arrange tenders/contracts, monitor and follow up the progress and workmanship of reinstatement, improvement works Prepare annual budget, including contract service expenses, preventative, maintenance costs, energy management expenses, repairing cost, improvement and capital items Provide regular progress updates for management review Attend other regularly meetings Participate in any other ad hoc projects as assigned Requirements Degree holder in Architecture is essential At least 10 years in project management, with over 5 years experience on large scale or mixed use projects in HK Proven track record in project managing full project cycles, from feasibility study, design to construction supervision & handover to operation Strong leadership skills and good communication and stakholder management skills Proficient in spoken and written English and Cantonese In reward for your skills and experience you will be offered a market leading salary package and the opportunity to work with a successful team, that are leaders in their field.
