About The Team The Trading Services team provides the core order and position management system for the exchange. It is the backbone of our industry‑leading trading product used by millions of users. What You’ll Be Doing Design and implement innovative solutions for our full range of trading products, including spot, futures, perpetual swaps, and options. Build out an industry‑leading trading platform. Optimize performance for the overall trading architecture, aiming for low latency, high availability, and scalability. What We Look For In You Solid STEM education background. Strong logical thinking and problem‑solving skills. Excellent C/C++ programming and software design skills, including debugging, performance analysis, and test design. Experience in automated testing and continuous integration. Good understanding of networking and I/O on Linux, and familiarity with performance optimization techniques and tools on Linux platforms. Experience developing high‑performance, low‑latency systems preferred. Passionate about technology, willing to be challenged, and responsible. Willing to learn all aspects of trading products in financial and crypto markets, including spot, futures, swaps, options, and structured products.
