Reporting to the Financial Controller and CFO, this role will work closely with business units to prepare, consolidate, and perform independent review for the delivery of annual budget and rolling forecasts. Job Responsibilities Spearhead the budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning processes, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. Partner with business units to consolidate BU reporting, monitor financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and drive cost optimization initiatives. Prepare monthly management reports with in-depth analysis of key financial KPIs, highlighting trends, opportunities, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support business decisions. Implement process improvements to enhance financial planning efficiency. Lead ad‑hoc streamline projects or analytics initiatives as needed. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related business discipline. Qualified accountant; Big4 experience is preferred. At least 7 years of working experience in an FP&A capacity, ideally in FMCG or retail. Proven expertise in building financial models for costing, forecasting, and scenario analysis. Proactive, self‑driven, independent and resourceful. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Experience deploying BI tools for analysis is an advantage. Highly qualified candidates may be considered for a Senior FP&A Manager role. Immediate availability is an added advantage.
