If you’re a junior or someone who just wants a fixed paycheck without proving performance, this is not for you. This role is only for battle‑tested, senior media buyers with (ideally) 5+ years of experience in eCommerce paid ads, who know how to push, perform, and win. What You’ll Do Manage 5–8 eCommerce clients with aggressive growth targets. The primary focus will be on Meta Ads. For some accounts, you may also need to manage Google Ads or TikTok Ads campaigns with a smaller budget. Plan campaigns with clients, set budgets, track KPIs, and report results. Work hand‑in‑hand with the creative team, feedback loops, ad iterations, and testing. Advise clients and internal teams on ad strategy, next steps, and optimization. Deliver clear reporting and proactive suggestions, not just run ads passively. Maximize client results and client happiness (communication is key). Apply deep knowledge of offer creation and creative strategy (you should know very well that today’s ad performance comes mainly from OFFER + CREATIVES, not hacks.) You’ll be in the Slack group with the client and taking care of all the ad strategy‑related communication. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of e‑commerce experience with Meta Ads (Google Ads and TikTok Ads experience is a major plus). Performance‑oriented mindset: you know your value and thrive on results, not just a fixed salary. English fluency, both written and spoken (client‑facing). Preferably based in Europe for time zone alignment. Stress‑ready: eCom + paid ads = stress, daily. You must be able to perform under pressure. Proactive, not passive: we don’t push you, you push us. Flexible work style: not a 9–5 job. Work 1–2 hours a day or 10+ if needed—as long as results are there. Global mindset: our clients are in the UK, US, EU, Asia, and Australia. Expect to work across different time zones (no worries, we’ll never ask you to work at your nighttime).
