Senior Business Analyst (Life Insurance) Business Analysis & Product Ownership: Act as a Senior BA and Product Owner within a Scrum team for critical systems like Health Buzz, translating business needs into clear requirements. Incident & Defect Management: Take charge of incident and production defect management, designing effective workarounds to minimize operational disruption. Solution Implementation: Lead the implementation of remedy actions, including negotiating fixed designs, plans, and overseeing quality control through RCA, UAT, BVT, and IVT. Process & Regulatory Coordination: Manage Month-End and Year-End processes, system adjustments, and regulatory reporting (e.g., Levy, CRS, FATCA, Data Retention). Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership: Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, from senior management to technical peers, facilitating meetings and presenting updates. Provide leadership by driving issue resolution and holding teams accountable for results. Process Improvement: Identify and facilitate process design changes through in-depth business process analysis, focusing on quality improvement and strategic alignment. Qualifications: A university degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in business analysis and project management. Essential: Strong knowledge of the Life Insurance industry and operational processes. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. Strong character with demonstrated skills in change management and dispute resolution. Superior analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Must be a self-motivated team player. High proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) for financial and business analysis. More experienced candidates will be considered as Assistant Manager.
