To support the imminent launch of our investment funds, we are actively expanding our investment team to strengthen our research and portfolio management capabilities. Position Overview As a Junior Analyst, you will provide crucial support across our entire business, from front‑office investment analysis to mid‑ and back‑office functions, including compliance, risk management, finance, and administration. The ideal candidate will support our investment team in conducting fundamental research and supporting portfolio decisions through data‑driven analysis, and to back‑end compliance, risk management, finance, and administrative works. As we have a small‑team set‑up, the ideal candidate should be comfortable in this setting and be flexible and willing to take on varied responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be detail‑oriented, motivated to learn, proactive and capable of delivering high‑quality work under tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities Conduct industry and company research to support investment ideas and portfolio monitoring. Prepare investment reports, including company profiles, peer comparisons, and valuation analyses. Build and maintain financial models for both listed and private companies. Assist in preparing materials for internal meetings and client presentations. Support senior team members with compliance, risk management, finance and administrative works. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market developments, economic trends, and relevant sectors. Provide ad‑hoc support and travel upon request. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related disciplines from a renowned university. Applicants from non‑finance backgrounds will be considered if sound financial knowledge can be demonstrated. CFA Level II/III is an advantage but not required. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of relevant experience are welcome to apply. Strong proficiency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken; knowledge of Cantonese is a plus but not required. High level of competency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools. Familiarity with financial modeling, valuation techniques, and market data terminals is advantageous. Strong report writing, presentation and communication skills, and ability to clearly convey complex financial information to senior management.
