Join our team and grow your career with SleekFlow Mid-Level Location: Hong Kong Prior Experience in Saas/ Software Industry is preferred Language: Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) is a must Role As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, of our product portfolio. You will be working alongside our Product Managers, Designers, Engineers and Commercial team to ensure the successful delivery of products that meet the needs of our customers and align with our business objectives. You are a digital native with a natural intuition for design and technology, coupled with a strategic mindset. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high degrees of ambiguity. You get excited by solving complex problems and are happy to roll your sleeves up and get things done. If you are looking for an opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and success of our organization, come and join us Responsibilities Drive the development of core modules within the SleekFlow platform, supporting the product vision and strategic direction Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and market opportunities Continuously test and iterate on product features and functionalities, ensuring a data-driven, user-centric approach to product development and rollouts Collaborate with internal teams, including designers and developers, to plan and execute product roadmaps in order to achieve defined product goals, and meet business objectives Collect and manage user feedback to inform product decisions Work closely with commercial teams to determine feature prioritization in the product roadmap Assist in administering the scrum process within the squad, ensuring adherence to key sprint milestones.
