Key Responsibilities Partner with the Managing Director and General Manager to provide financial insights that support strategic planning for the Group. Deliver accurate forecasts and actionable recommendations to senior leadership for both short-term and long-term decision-making. Develop financial strategies and plans aligned with operational and corporate objectives. Act as a trusted advisor to top executives and senior management across the organization. Oversee the full spectrum of financial and accounting functions for entities in China, Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia. Lead regional finance operations and manage a team to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. Drive improvements in financial systems, processes, and internal controls to enhance efficiency and governance. Establish and maintain best practices for financial workflows, policies, and internal control frameworks. Ensure adherence to audit requirements, local regulations, and group reporting standards. Prepare consolidated financial statements, monthly reports, and management analyses for executive review. Manage tax compliance and planning across multiple jurisdictions. Oversee cash flow, budgeting, cost-benefit analysis, and financial forecasting. Coordinate with external auditors, legal advisors, and tax consultants. Foster collaboration with internal departments to achieve organizational objectives. Handle special projects and ad-hoc assignments as required. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; professional accounting qualification preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience, ideally with exposure to PRC and Southeast Asia markets. Strong knowledge of Hong Kong and PRC accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory practices; familiarity with SEA regulations is advantageous. Experience in manufacturing industry is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and business acumen. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Willingness to travel occasionally within China and overseas.
