Overview Number Of Vacancy: 1 Relevant Field: Others Nature: Contract Deadline: 17 Dec 2025 Contract Period: 22 Dec 2025 to 31 Mar 2026 (3 months) Payroll: under InfoTech Employer Business: Government T26 Contract Location: Base Chai Wan and other FEHD offices located at HK, KLN and NT Work in Guangdong Province: N/A Monthly Salary Range: HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) The Water Seepage Case Management System (WSCMS) is a new application system which allows users to view, track and process water seepage complaint cases. Users can input different milestones to monitor the progress of their cases. Alerts, reminders, and reports are generated for users to keep track of case progress. Duties Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the FEHD; (a) Design and develop a new web application system; (b) Develop system interfaces with the department’s User Portal and other department’s water seepage investigation system; (c) Have some experience in web application development with Java and PrimeFaces; (d) Assist in translating requirements into technical designs, ensuring feasibility and adherence to best practices; (e) Assist in developing, maintaining and updating project document; (f) Conduct program unit test, system test and load test; and (g) Perform any duties assigned. Experience Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp: 3.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp: 1.0 Requirements Working hours: Normal office hours Working location: FEHD offices in Hong Kong SAR Language required: Cantonese and English On call duty: Not required Technical Skills: . At least 4 years\' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV); . At least 2 years\' experience in Java Application Framework (e.g. Struts (Apache)) (JAF); . At least 2 years\' experience in Microsoft SQL Server (MSS); . At least 2 years\' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL); . 1 year\'s experience in JBoss Application Server (JAS) is an advantage; . 1 year\'s experience in JavaServer Faces (JSF) (JSF) is an advantage. Non-technical Skill: . 1 year\'s experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage. - Bachelor\'s degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 3 years\' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year\'s relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
