What You Would Do As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation. Your role will focus on launching and optimising paid advertisements while ensuring content and campaigns aligned with HeyDouble’s growth goals. In this highly collaborative position, you’ll work closely with our marketing, sales, and product teams to create compelling content and deliver impactful campaigns. If you’re a consumer marketing enthusiast who’s digitally savvy and on top of the latest trends, you’ll thrive in our environment Job Responsibilities Market Research : Conduct audience research and gather data to inform and refine targeting strategies. Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, digital trends, and performance marketing best practices to maximise campaign effectiveness. Paid Advertisement Campaigns : Plan, execute, and optimise paid ad campaigns across key platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Rednote and Google). Develop and manage offline paid marketing campaigns to complement digital efforts. Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, generating weekly and monthly reports and recommendations. Support lead generation through performance-driven campaigns focused on matchmaking services and event registration. Marketing Events and Ad-Hoc Activities : Collaborate on email marketing efforts to drive leads and engagement. Assist with offline event promotion, including digital amplification and local outreach. Provide ad-hoc marketing support as required to ensure successful campaign execution and brand visibility. Job Requirements At least 3 years of relevant experience in managing paid marketing campaigns, ideally in a consumer-facing brand. Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and adjust strategy. Creative mindset with a keen eye for messaging and visuals that convert to leads. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self‑starter and motivated mindset.
