Our client is a fast-growing cryptocurrency exchange company and they are seeking an SEO Lead act to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 10+, formulate and implement the SEO strategy of the cryptocurrency/blockchain industry, and establish an SEO data metrics system. Key Responsibilities Fully responsible for the formulation and implementation of the SEO strategy for the company site, aimed at increasing multilingual site organic search traffic and core keyword rankings. Build and execute a content system and site structure that covers crypto hotspots, creating a stable and efficient organic traffic growth engine. Track search engine algorithms and global cryptocurrency market trends to formulate content topics and link‑building strategies. Manage the SEO team and promote efficient cross‑departmental collaboration (product, development, content, operations) to ensure project quality and efficiency. Conduct in‑depth analysis of strategies used by leading industry sites to inform and enhance internal optimization practices. Establish an SEO data metrics system to continuously track and adjust strategies, ensuring long‑term sustainable growth. Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing or any relevant discipline. Over 5 years of SEO experience, including successful independent leadership of overseas large sites (e.g., daily traffic of 100,000+ unique visitors). Fluent in English and Chinese, able to use it as a working language; experience in optimizing multilingual sites (e.g., French, Japanese, Spanish) would be an advantage. Familiarity with the search ecosystem and user behavior in the cryptocurrency/blockchain industry, with relevant industry experience. Proven team‑leading experience, strong cross‑team collaboration and project management. Successful case studies in SEO for offshore platforms or international exchanges (e.g., KuCoin, Binance, CoinGecko) would be an advantage.
