Senior Analyst/AM, Investment Data & Governance - 60k Client is seeking a professional to join and play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing investment data processes. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting‑edge tools like Bloomberg AIM, Clearwater, and SQL, while driving data quality initiatives and collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Key Responsibilities Support daily BAU (Business-As-Usual) data management activities, including administrative tasks across Investment & Accounting platforms. Account set‑ups/configurations and resolution of data quality issues or critical breaks reported by business, operations, and finance teams. Leverage expertise in Bloomberg AIM functionalities such as TSOX, EMSX, MFTX, BDS, OMX, PM, CMGR, VMGR, CUTS, LEIA, SSI, OMSA; familiarity with PORT, PRTU, and JMGR is a plus. Administer Clearwater systems for user creation/monitoring and role/access management. Develop workflows and maintain comprehensive documentation for all activities while establishing controls and checks to mitigate risks when handling complex or large datasets. Lead the Data Quality Workstream to enhance data reliability by partnering with Information Owners/Stewards/Custodians to define and implement data rules. Collaborate with Firmwide Data Governance teams to align with best practices and leverage tools/techniques beneficial for the Asia region. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (e.g., portfolio managers, traders, legal/compliance teams, technology groups, external vendors) to optimize data management processes and support business growth or new initiatives. Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Banking or Financial Services; buy‑side Asset Manager experience preferred. Exposure to Insurance‑backed Asset Managers is advantageous but not required. Strong knowledge of securities from both an investment and accounting perspective. Proficiency in technical tools and platforms: Bloomberg AIM & Accounting systems (e.g., Clearwater, ePAM). MS Visio, MS Excel, and automation tools (e.g., Xceptor/Alteryx). Databases such as SQL/TSQL and Snowflake. Cloud fundamentals in AWS/Azure/GCP (any one platform). Experience in investment data management or governance; exposure to both is ideal but not mandatory. Familiarity with reporting tools like Tableau or QlikSense is a plus. Quick learner with self‑initiative; strong team player with a diligent work ethic and sense of ownership over assigned tasks.
