Donor Relationship Executive

Handle donation process in a timely manner, including regular and one-off donations through various payment channels. Provide frontline services to donors related to donation transactions, information updates, donation receipts, complaints and other kinds of enquiry through phone, email and mail. Make follow up calls to donors on donation issues. Handle issuance and mailing of official receipts and thank you letters. Assist supervisor to liaise with internal and external parties for donation related issue. Support administrative, filing and inventory management functions of the team. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirements: Completion of HKCEE/ HKDSE (minimum five passes, including English, Chinese & Mathematics) equivalent or above. Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience. (University graduates with less experience will also be considered). Good telephone manner and customer service skills. Good in spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua). Proficient in MS Office, English & Chinese word processing. Self-motivated, detail‑minded, a team player and able to work under pressure.
