About the Team The Marketing Coordinator reports directly to the Head of Marketing and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to enhance brand visibility and engagement within the educational community. About the Job The Marketing Coordinator will develop and execute marketing strategies that boost brand awareness and engagement. Responsibilities Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, including social media, email, and print. Create compelling content for communication channels such as newsletters, brochures, and advertisements, ensuring all material is accurate and aligned with brand guidelines. Maintain and update official websites and social media channels, monitor engagement metrics, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. Support the organization and promotion of school events, coordinating logistics and liaising with vendors and internal teams. Track campaign performance, conduct market research, and analyze data to inform strategic decisions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1-2 years of marketing experience. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Proficiency with digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, email marketing software, and content management systems. Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with video editing are advantageous. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and exhibit strong attention to detail. Creative and proactive problem‑solving approach.
