Responsibilities Responsible for the daily management and maintenance on investment products, including fund, bond and structured products Provide appropriate and timely advice to senior management on product development strategy under different market situations and customer demand Explore for appropriate new products from the market and make recommendation with detailed analysis Responsible for enhancing relevant selling process, systems, etc. and closely communicating with relevant parties to comply with the regulatory and compliance requirements Provide timely market and product update and sales ideas to frontline sales staff to drive the business, as well as training materials and procedural manuals to educate staff of the latest regulatory and compliance requirements Handle daily job tasks strictly in compliance with the Bank’s guidelines and procedural manuals Undertake ad hoc assignment, reporting or other special business project as assigned Requirements Degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines Minimum 3 years of working experience in banking or financial institutions, previous experience in product management will be an advantage Strong marketing sense and familiar with investment products Creative, initiative with good communication skills Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager We offer competitive packages and promising career opportunities to the right candidates.
