Assistant Manager/Manager - Corporate Communications Develop corporate communications and public relations plans aligning with the company’s vision, missions and development strategies. To initiate corporate communications, PR and CSR strategies, generate creative ideas and implement effective campaigns to enhance corporate image and brand awareness, and responsible for management profiling. Oversee corporate branding as the brand gatekeeper of the Company. Responsible for the content strategies and development of all PR and corporate materials, including corporate website and social media (WeChat, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube etc.), group newsletters, press materials, corporate communication materials including but not limited to corporate presentation deck, video, corporate premiums and so on. Assist in handling international and China media enquiries and follow up interviews’ opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with media and business partners as well as internal stakeholders. Work closely with the team on media sponsorship opportunities, including top industry award submissions. Lead planning on advertising and SEO initiatives to maximize corporate/product branding in the market Work on crisis management to develop communications and timely reaction plan whenever necessary. Work closely with partnership and events team to organize signature group events and support in areas like management speeches, onsite support and press relations. Assist in team building and manage PR agencies, budget and expenses. Ensure that all regulatory and legal & compliance requirements and standards are met. Create a cohesive content and campaign strategy for employee engagement. Provide strategic guidance and solutions to firm management and other internal clients on internal communications strategies. Develop and oversee intranet stories, office communications, posters and digital signage and staff events, etc. Requirements: Excellent writing and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English is a must. Crisis management experience in financial sector is preferred. A good team leader and player with exceptional interpersonal skills. Degree holders in communications, journalism, business administration, or marketing preferred. Can work well in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace; mature and flexible with entrepreneurial mind-set and can-do attitude. Strong Chinese writing skills in financial sector are required.
