Senior Property Manager (Commercial complex) Our client is a highly reputable real estate group with a lot of commercial developments in Hong Kong. They are now looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to look after its new iconic commercial development in Hong Kong. Responsibilities Develop and implement property management policies, procedures, and manuals Act as the main point of contact for prospective tenants during the pre‑handover stage, prepare tenant handover guidelines and manage fit‑out coordination Take charge of the day‑to‑day operation and management, including budget preparation and control, service standard and property maintenance Liaise with different stakeholders in all property management‑related matters Implement sustainability and operation efficiency initiatives. Assist in property performance reporting, and presentation for making improvement recommendation Requirements Bachelor Degree in Property Management / Real Estates or related disciplines Possess at least 10 years of relevant working experience in managing sizable commercial portfolio is a must Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint Holder of PMP (Tier 1/ Tier 2) Licence Excellent interpersonal, communications and negotiations skills Excellent people management skill and client relationship management Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua) Manager (Property Operations & Customer Relations) Vanke Holdings (Hong Kong) Company Limited #J-18808-Ljbffr
