Client Description Company: A well-established family office based in Singapore and Hong Kong, specializing in multi-asset class portfolio management with a focus on innovative and strategic investment approaches.Location: Hong KongNature: Permanent Others Performance bonus, health insurance, and transportation allowance included. The role reports directly to the CEO and oversees a team of 1 to 5 members. Job Description Oversee and coordinate all phases of private luxury residential house development projects, including planning, design, construction, and completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and specifications. Manage the approval process with the Building Department and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations. Act as the primary contact for all stakeholders, including principals, contractors, consultants, and government bodies, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution. Develop and control project budgets, monitoring expenditures and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising quality. Maintain high standards of construction quality, comfort, and aesthetics, ensuring all work meets specified requirements and industry standards. Integrate green building practices and smart building management systems to enhance project efficiency and sustainability. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in luxury residential projects. Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish. Strong knowledge of building regulations and compliance requirements. Proficiency in using project management software and tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
