Manager, Membership Operations and Efficiency Support (F&B costing) Add expected salary to your profile for insights Our client is seeking a Manager, Membership Operations and Efficiency Support to join their team Are you passionate about transforming data into actionable strategies that drive business success? Join our client's team as a Data Analyst and play a crucial role in enhancing profitability, efficiency, and member experience in the exciting world of F&B, Sports & Leisure operations. What you'll be doing? Analyze member data: Conduct deep-dive analysis on transactional and member feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing the Member Experience. Create impactful visualizations: Deliver dynamic dashboards and analytics to support strategic business decision-making. Optimize workforce efficiency: Analyze workforce data to ensure optimal staffing levels aligned with operational demand. Monitor key metrics: Derive diagnostic analysis from transactional data and datasets across different systems to drive performance. Implement automationb> Initiate and implement Robotics Processing Automation to raise operational efficiency and ensure data integrity. Collaborate across teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify risks and opportunities in day‑to‑day process flows. Who are they looking for? Educational background: A recognized Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant experience: Minimum 5 years of experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders through effective communication. Industry knowledge: Experience in customer‑/member‑centric operations is a plus, preferably in F&B and hospitality industries (not mandatory). Technical skills: Solid experience in Excel, SQL, data management, and data visualization is a must. Knowledge of SAS, VBA, Python, Power BI, or Tableau is advantageous. Analytical mindset: Strong analytical and strategic problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
