As a Corporate Finance Associate, you will be responsible for supporting and executing a range of corporate finance projects, including IPOs, financial advisory (FA), independent financial advisory (IFA), and corporate advisory (CA). Responsibilities Executing corporate finance transactions, including IPO, FA, IFA, and CA projects. Assisting in deal origination and execution, including preparing pitch books and business proposals, conducting industry analysis, and attending client meetings or business trips. Conducting industry and company research, financial analysis, and due diligence. Evaluating potential deals and maintaining client relationships. Drafting internal reports related to corporate finance, compliance, financials, internal controls, and industry updates. Supporting financial analysis, valuation, market and data research, documentation, and preparation of marketing materials. Performing ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by senior team members. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above. Professional qualifications such as CPA or CFA are highly preferred. Up to 5 years of hands‑on experience in corporate finance projects (IPO/FA/IFA/CA). Strong analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Highly motivated, fast learner with critical thinking and strong numerical sensitivity. Excellent communication, project management, and problem‑solving abilities. Able to work under pressure and demonstrate strong team spirit. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin). Willing to travel and able to work under tight deadlines.
