Principal Responsibilities Lead and develop partnership strategies and frameworks to achieve WPB OKRs and strategic priorities. Conduct market research for opportunity assessment and trends, using a structured consulting framework to identify the partnership landscape and opportunities across both GBA and AMH; create opportunities to integrate, simplify and streamline activities through involvement of teams in the geographic and functional matrix. Explore new partners to build an entertainment pillar for HSBC, boosting customer engagement and acquisition; drive collaboration within the Regional and Global propositions. Manage partners and internal stakeholders with an agile approach to ensure excellent delivery. Stakeholders include the Head of WPB, Head of Customer, Head of International & Premier, Head of Customer Intelligence & Partnerships, International team, Customer team, Operations and Technology, Procurement, Data and Analytics, Legal, Compliance and Risk. Manage all deals from beginning to end, resolve conflicts of interest and align stakeholders to the vision. Lead partnership meetings to ensure strategic objectives are achieved and maintained; nurture excellent relationships with partners for long‑term collaboration. Project manage delivery of projects, POCs, sprint planning, partner onboarding and work closely with Customer Intelligence to deliver projects. Maintain focus on profitability and productivity outcomes while ensuring capability in progressing objectives. Build a culture of continuous improvement in customer experience and functionality deployment, actively engaging the internal organization to respond to evolving market needs and adapting skills to changing environments. Cultivate an environment that supports diversity and reflects HSBC values. Qualifications University graduate. Preferred experience working in a multinational firm. Fluent in English and Cantonese (spoken and written). Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation requirement will be prioritised.
